The Motorola Night Unlocking Service can be used to unlock all Motorola mobile phones regardless of the network they are currently locked with. To unlock your phone you need to provide us with the following information:

3. IMEI Number

• Motorola Q locked to Movistar Mexico
• Motorola Z6 locked to Verizon US

If your phone is listed in the exceptions above, its because we are not able to get an unlock code for your model. You can contact us with your mobile phone details; we may be able to help you unlock your phone.
